All products offered in our store are covered by a 24-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns)
- Standard Products: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Made-to-Order Products: In accordance with applicable law, the right to withdraw does not apply to products made to the Customer’s individual specifications. This information can be found in the product description.

Return Form: The necessary return form is included in your order confirmation e-mail.
Conditions for Return:
- Please send all shipments exclusively to the address listed above.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
- The returned product will be inspected for damage. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the product is adequately protected during transport. If any damage is found, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
- Important: To prevent scratches, please do not place screws or other loose metal parts in the packaging with the brass products.
